Mohawk-Phoenix has extensive experience in receiving, classifying, scanning, storing, warehousing, archiving, retrieving, and the destruction of confidential documents within strict SLA measurement objectives. Mohawk- Phoenix ensures documents are only handled by staff with the appropriate clearance levels for handling classified material. We built our Indianapolis facility to meet all NARA guidelines in order to process and store federal documents up to a secret level to meet the new federal requirements. Our NARA facility was built to allow for expansion as needed to digitize and store hundreds of millions of records. Mohawk-Phoenix currently manages multiple types of records including medical records, tax forms, State applications for social programs, Federal applications for business licenses, HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and CUI (Controlled Unclassified Information). The IRS conducted two FISMA Contractor Security Assessment in 2021 and 2022 which resulted in zero Cybersecurity findings. All records management processing activities meet NARA records management guidance and regulations according to Subchapter B of 36 Code of Federal Regulations Chapter XII. Our records management facility meets all standards in e-CFR Title 36, Chapter XII, Subchapter B, Part 1234 Facility Standards for Records Storage Facilities.

The Saint Regis Mohawk-certified Tribally owned enterprise, Mohawk Networks, LLC, launched in 2015 with the completion of a $15 million broadband project that laid sixty- eight miles of fiber and connections through Tribal and public land. Mohawk Networks received its SBA 8(a) certification, Spring 2021.

Mohawk Networks, LLC is a solution-based ISP leveraging broadband/fiber optical and cable installation, VoIP, open/closed/remote TV security, wireless custom network systems (analog to digital) and access control solutions to some 1,600 Akwesasne residents, businesses, first responder networks and anchor institutions. Mohawk Networks’ hallmark is providing reliable, cost-effective broadband, voice, and video services day in and day out through structured cabling, site surveys, cable mapping/planning and tower installations. Mohawk Networks has achieved BICSI training method certification.

• Erected fixed wireless tower to expand services to customers outside of home footprint
• Through Broadband Technology Opportunities Program, deployed 60 computers, other hardware, and networking solutions to support five public education centers

PDC has recent past performance with the Centers of Medicare & Medicaid (CMS) and the Federal Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) within the Department of the US Treasury.
